The Minicom by Tripplite Smart 232, 0SU22091, is a KVM switch which enables multi-user access, control and management of multiple servers. It allows two users to control up to 32 mixed-platform (PS/2 & USB) servers. It also provide seamless power control via RPS.
The Smart 232 is a thin 1U sized, rack-mountable device that saves critical space in crowded server room environments. It features Minicom by Tripplite KVM over CAT5 technology that directly connects the switch to each computer in the server room via a RICC/ROC dongle, eliminating cable clutter and extending the distance between server and switch up to 30m/100ft.

As converting from PS/2 is never a good idea, we would suggest investing in a USB Keyboard and Mouse.
