The Rose Electronics CAB-MD6M2MD6M005 is a 5 ft PS/2 Y-Cable; 1MD6M to 2 MD6F. This cable plugs into the single PS/2 port on the Quadravista on one end, on the other end it will then Y out into a PS/2 mouse and PS/2 keyboard connector to the PC.
