GEFEN PRO 16x16 3GSDI Matrix

The Gefen GEF-3GSDI-16416 is the GefenPRO 16x16 3GSDI Matrix. It allows one to easily manage sixteen 3G-SDI input sources and sixteen 3G-SDI output devices using the GefenPRO 16x16 3G-SDI Matrix. It provides a simple, reliable and fast switching method of routing multiple video sources to various outputs. Each source is capable of sending its video to any one of the 16 output locations at the same time. Leverage the redundant power supply provided to maintain 24/7 operations.

As for control options, there are four ways of controlling the Matrix: by using the front panel buttons, by working the IR remote, by using an RS-232 control, or with IP control over a local area network.

How It Works
The GefenPRO 16x16 3G-SDI Matrix has sixteen 3G-SDI inputs and sixteen 3G-SDI outputs. Connect the sixteen sources to the 3G-SDI inputs on the Matrix's input side terminated in BNC connectors. Connect the Matrix's sixteen BNC-terminated 3G-SDI outputs to the 16 locations. Plug in both power cords to ensure redundancy and power on the Matrix for continuous operation.
