ATEN (KA9222) PS/2 Console station
The ATEN  new PS/2 console stations, KA9222, connect CAT5 cables to PS/2 consoles (keyboard, mouse, and monitor). They allow users to control their PS/2 computers remote, up to 500' away from the KVM switch, and up to 1000' away from the computer. An addtional CPU port allows the user to connect with individual computer locally. Now, the user can control her or his computer and computers under KM0432 in the server room through only one set of keyboard, mouse, and monitor.

ATEN (KA9222) PS/2 Console station Requirements:

• A VGA, SVGA or Multisync monitor capable of the highest resolution that you will be using on any computer in the installation.
• A PS/2 style keyboard
• A PS/2 style mouse
• For optimal signal integrity and to simplify layout, a high quality Console Module to Local PC cable (with custom SPHD-15 connector) is included with the Console Module. No additional cable purchase is necessary.
