Terms and Conditions of Returns
At KVM Switches Online we want to ensure that you are happy with your order.
- Products returned within 30 days of purchase (that qualify for return) will be refunded minus a 20-50% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer, at KVM Switches Online's sole discretion.
- Some items, including but no limited to, all certified secure KVM switches and upgraded, customized equipment, are not eligible for return.
- Please check your equipment upon receipt to make sure it is ok. If it is damaged email: CustomerService@kvm-switches-online.com within 3 business days to arrange a replacement.
- Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by you can not be returned for a refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns and exchanges take between 5 and 10 business days.
- No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization).

- You will receive a confirmation of your RMA request along with a RMA number and return shipping instructions.
- This process could take up to 3 days.
- Any returns that we receive that have not been given a RMA number will be refused.
- The RMA number must be referenced on the shipping label and the RMA form that we have approved must be enclosed in the package.
- Credit can only be given to approved returns that arrive in good condition with a valid RMA number given to you by KVM Switches Online.
- If the product is defective, you will be given a replacement upon receiving the defective unit. No refunds are given for defective merchandise.
- Credit processing may take up to 30 days to complete.
