Raritan RSS-104C is a 4-port secure KVM switch with 4K dual-link DVI, USB, audio, and smart card (CAC). Raritan Secure Switches (RSS) offer a proven desktop access solution for guarding against cyber intrusion for government and military agencies. The RSS-104C is lab tested and certified to meet the requirements of the latest NIAP Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing Devices version 3.0. There are four available models, two port and four port, with and without Common Access Card (CAC) authentication. The RSS-104C model supports a single DVI-I (analog or digital) & USB user console with optional audio from the connected computer. The Raritan RSS-104C Secure Switch works in either analog (VGA) or digital video (DVI, HDMI) modes, including 4K Ultra HD, high definition, and standard resolutions.
The NIAP Version 3.0 Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing (KVM) Switches defines the latest requirements for use of Secure Desktop KVM Switches. These switches allow a user to safely switch between computer systems at different classifications. The new 3.0 Protection Profile (PP_PSS_V3.0) replaces the previous EAL2, EAL4 and Common Criteria regulations with stricter requirements.

Overview
Supports Digital (DVI/HDMI/DP) or Analog (VGA) video
RSS-104C MasterConsole Digital supports severs with both analog (VGA) and digital video (dual-link DVI, HDMI, and DisplayPort DP) including 1080P and 4K Ultra HD. Audio is supported via 3.5mm jacks.
Multi-level Security Defenses (Physical and Logical)
The RSS-104C meets the 3.0 Protection Profile by strict isolation between computers at different classification levels, tamper resistant operation, firmware locked down to prevent unauthorized modification, and automatically clearing keyboard data.
Lab Tested for the NIAP Version 3.0
The RSS-104C is certified to meet all the requirements of the 3.0 Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing Switches, which defines strict and comprehensive protections for secure desktop access of systems at multiple classification levels along with the safe use of shared peripherals.
Secure USB Device Control
The RSS-104C only connects authorized USB peripherals (keyboards, mice and smart card readers) to prevent inadvertent and insecure data transfers.
Common-Access-Card (CAC) Support
RSS-104C supports secure SmartCard / Common Access Card (CAC) user authentication.
