The Icron USB 2.0 Ranger 2301GE-LANGE-LAN (00-00396 or RG2301GE-LAN) is a single-port USB 2.0 high-speed extension solution, enabling USB 2.0 connections at up to 480 Mbps across a Gigabit Ethernet Local Area Network using existing cabling (or direct connect over CAT 5e/6/7 cabling). It features full device and host support as well as Mass Storage Acceleration for improved USB 2.0 device bulk transfer speeds over previous generation extenders and the ExtremeUSB® suite of features. The Ranger 2301GE-LANGE-LAN extends all USB 2.0/1.1 peripherals such as flash drives, keyboards, mice, speakers, webcams and interactive whiteboards across a Local Area Network (LAN) and supports modern USB 3.0 controllers.
This 1-port USB 2.0 LAN extender is FCC/CE Class B certified, supports data rates at up to 480 Mbps, and is plug and play requiring no additional drivers for all major operating systems: Windows , macOS, and Linux.
