Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. The ATEN CS64US has four built in cable sets (2 @ 3 ft. and 2 @ 4 ft.), each of which connect to one of four sources you wish to switch between. The two longer cable sets (4 ft.) are meant to give you a bit of extra cable to target the two outer most/'furthest' sources. The package does not include the necessary cables to connect the switch to the local components such as the video, keyboard and mouse. You can refer to the information and diagrams contained within this data sheet for a clearer idea if needed.
