The Cybex SC840 secure desktop KVM is designed to meet the stringent specifications of the U.S. government and comply with the requirements of the latest NAIP protection profile for peripheral sharing devices version 3.0. The SC840 delivers proven security features such as unidirectional data diode technology, which assures complete network isolation while offering user-friendly, easy switching between sources. An active anti-tampering system and holographic tampering evident labels alert the user when the system has been physically compromised. Patented emulation technology prevents Display Data Channel (DDC) signal leakage; and guards against signal attacks.
Industry-leading security features are complemented with a range of capabilities and productivity features that make the Cybex SC840 a great investment. Experience true image reproduction with support for dual-link DVI-I, which delivers resolutions up to UHD 4K (3840X2160 @ 30 ), via DVI to HDMI cable. The Avocent (by Vertiv) SC840 features a RCU (CONSOLE Remote Control Unit) port for switching the device. Note however, upon inquiring about this with the vendor, they informed us that "as of right now that port has not been activated so the remote control capability is not available yet".

Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, a pin out diagram is not available for the RCU port as it is curently inactive and was added for future use.
Since the RCU port is for future use, the manufacturer has not created any pin-out documents yet.
